Dr. Siavash Mirfendereski

Dr Siavash Mirfendereski is a Specialist in Prosthodontics registered with the General Dental Council (UK), focusing on the restoration and replacement of teeth — crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and implant-supported restorations — and on the planning of complex, multi-stage cases.

He completed his Master’s in Gerodontology with Honours at the Royal London Hospital (1993–1995), with a thesis titled “A six-year continuing study of the History of Root Carious Lesions”. He went on to teach there as a part-time lecturer in Conservative Dentistry and, from 1995 to 2002, in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery. He has also served as a Visiting Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Florence, and as an honorary clinical teaching fellow and honorary associate clinical professor at Warwick University.

As Dental Advisor to the LIZ (London Implementation Zone) Project within Tower Hamlets Health Authority, Dr Mirfendereski visited dental practices to assist with treatment planning and to support dentists with complicated prosthodontic cases, reporting to the Royal London Hospital.

He has served for three years as chairman, and remains a board member, of a UK body addressing all issues relating to teeth whitening. Outside the clinic he has provided dental consultancy to Chelsea Football Club, acted as dental advisor on Damien Hirst’s diamond skull “For the Love of God”, and contributes articles to a range of dental journals.
