About the Platinum Full Body MOT - Men
Our Platinum Full Body MOT – Men is available at St Paul's Medical and Dental, 5 Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7AQ. Located near St Paul's Cathedral in the City of London, our clinic offers convenient access for professionals working in the Square Mile. This screening includes 38 biomarkers with results available in 2 working days, priced at £549 inclusive of blood draw by a registered nurse.
The Platinum Full Body MOT for men is our most comprehensive health screening, combining over 38 biomarkers across multiple organ systems and health domains. This screening covers full blood count, liver and kidney function, lipid profile, thyroid function, diabetes markers, iron studies, vitamin and mineral levels, prostate health (PSA), testosterone, and inflammation markers. It is designed to provide a thorough baseline health assessment or annual health check.
Each biomarker group provides information about a different aspect of health. The full blood count assesses red and white blood cells and platelets, liver function tests evaluate hepatic health, kidney markers check filtration efficiency, and the lipid profile measures cardiovascular risk factors. Thyroid hormones regulate metabolism, while iron studies and vitamin levels (including B12, folate, and vitamin D) can identify common deficiencies. PSA and testosterone provide prostate and hormonal health information respectively.
Our City of London clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The clinic is a short walk from St Paul’s Underground station (Central line) and City Thameslink rail station. Appointments are available throughout the day, and results include a detailed nurse-written review. To book your Platinum Full Body MOT – Men, call 020 7183 3709 or book online.

How to Prepare
Fast for 10–12 hours before your appointment
Avoid food and drinks other than water. This is necessary for accurate fasting glucose, lipid, and metabolic marker results.
Stay well hydrated
Drink plenty of water before your appointment. Good hydration makes it easier for the registered nurse to draw your blood sample.
Bring a list of current medications
Some medications can affect biomarker levels. Knowing what you take helps our team interpret your results accurately.
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours beforehand
Intense physical activity can temporarily affect certain blood markers including liver enzymes, muscle markers, and hormone levels.
