Because the Marylebone practice is not yet seeing patients, every image here was taken at one of our sister clinics in the same group, using the same materials, laboratories and planning approach.
Individual results vary. Photographs show what was achieved for one person with a particular starting point; your own teeth, gums and goals will lead to a different plan and a different outcome. Each case is presented with the treatment used and the treating clinician so you can ask about it directly at your consultation.
Composite bonding
Chipped corners, worn edges and small gaps rebuilt with layered resin in a single sitting, almost always without touching the underlying enamel. The examples below show how modest additions can change the balance of a smile without any tooth being cut back.

Porcelain and composite veneers used to correct shape, shade and alignment across several front teeth at once. Look for the way the gum line, tooth proportions and the lower lip have been kept in mind; that is what separates a natural veneer case from an obvious one.

Dentist-supervised whitening lifts the natural shade of enamel over a couple of weeks. Existing fillings, crowns and veneers do not change colour, which is why whitening is sequenced before any new restorative work rather than after it.

Heavily broken-down or missing teeth restored with ceramic crowns and bridgework. These cases often follow root canal treatment or gum stabilisation first; the visible result is the final step of a longer plan.

AfterHow to read these photographs
Before-and-after images are useful, but only if you know what to look for. Lighting, lip position and camera angle can flatter or flatten a result, so we keep the same framing for both photographs wherever possible and do not retouch teeth or gums.
Pay attention to the things that are hard to fake: whether the gum line is even and healthy, whether the edges of the front teeth follow the curve of the lower lip, and whether the new teeth look like they belong to the face around them. A result that photographs well but leaves the gums inflamed or the bite uncomfortable is not a good result.
Every case shown was completed within the group by a clinician who will be treating patients at Wimpole Street. None of the images are stock photographs or manufacturer supplied.
