One fee list covers every Medical & Dental clinic, and Wimpole Street will use it from the day it opens on 1 October 2026. Below is a snapshot of the dental fees people ask about most, the medical charges that apply to blood tests, sexual health screens and health checks, and a short explanation of how quotes work. The four linked pages hold the full lists.
Before we open
Wimpole Street is not yet taking appointments. The same catalogue and fees are available today at South Kensington (seven days) and St Paul’s (Monday to Friday).
Every dental item from a check-up to a full implant, grouped by category with notes on what each fee includes.
OpenHow the £50 sample fee works, the four bundled packages and a table of the tests requested most often.
OpenSingle-infection tests and combined screens, with a note on which need a blood sample and which use urine or a swab.
OpenNurse-led full-body checks and targeted risk screens, each with the number of markers measured and the fee.
OpenA “from” figure means the final fee depends on tooth position, size or material, and your dentist will confirm it in writing after the examination. Fees that show a single number do not change.

Medical testing is self-referral: no GP referral is needed and we do not provide clinical interpretation of results. Please discuss your laboratory report with your GP or a clinician. Medical services at Wimpole Street are for patients aged 16 and over. Registration with the CQC is in progress ahead of opening.
Dental treatment plans are itemised and priced after your examination, and you receive a copy before anything is booked. If the plan changes part-way through, the revised fee is agreed with you before work continues.
The fee on the list is the fee you pay. Anaesthetic, standard X-rays taken as part of a procedure, and review visits linked to that procedure are not added on separately.
Medical tests carry the price shown plus, where a needle is required, one £50 sample fee per appointment. Urine, swab and stool tests do not attract that fee.
For larger dental plans we can discuss payment in stages that match treatment stages. Where third-party finance is arranged it is subject to status, and full terms will be provided in writing before you sign anything.
Register your interest for the Wimpole Street diary, or book at a sister clinic now and move your care to Marylebone later.
Opening 1 October 2026
Wimpole Street is not yet seeing patients. Until then, please book or call our South Kensington clinic on 020 7183 2362 or our St Paul's clinic on 020 7183 3709. Questions about the new clinic: wimpolestreet@md.co.uk.
