Health screening prices at Wimpole Street
19 nurse-led screening packages will run at 22 Wimpole Street from 1 October 2026, priced between £199 and £1,500. Every package is all-inclusive: the appointment, the blood draw, laboratory analysis and the laboratory report to your secure portal. There is no separate sample fee on screening.

Medical testing is self-referral: no GP referral is needed and we do not provide clinical interpretation of results. Please discuss your laboratory report with your GP or a clinician. Medical services at Wimpole Street are for patients aged 16 and over. Registration with the CQC is in progress ahead of opening.

Screening price questions
No. Screening packages are priced to include the nurse appointment, the blood draw, the laboratory work and the written report, so the figure shown is the figure you pay.
Around forty minutes with a nurse. Full-body packages begin with a lifestyle questionnaire and physical measurements (blood pressure, pulse, BMI, oxygen saturation and peak flow), followed by the blood draw. Targeted screens are shorter and go straight to the sample.
Each tier keeps everything in the one below and adds to it. Basic covers blood count, kidney, liver, cholesterol and diabetes markers. Advanced adds thyroid, iron, vitamins and inflammation. Platinum adds hormones and cancer risk markers appropriate to your sex.
The laboratory report is issued through the secure portal showing each value against its reference range, with anything outside it flagged. We do not provide clinical interpretation — this is a self-referral service — so please discuss the report with your GP or a clinician, particularly if a value is flagged or you have symptoms.
For packages that include glucose or a full cholesterol profile, yes: nothing but water for eight to twelve hours beforehand. Morning appointments make this easier. Targeted screens that do not include those markers can be done at any time of day.
